I have currently been in sales for over ten years. By know-how and dealing direct with my customer base, I have found people want to be treated in a right manner. Outstanding sales performance can be as simple as having an optimistic attitude. Simply by focusing on our products in a fresh and positive way we can create a distinct roadmap that will lead our customer to their final destination in the buying process.
An upbeat attitude electrifies the customer experience, and causes an aurora of upbeat energy to surround the companies we work for. The positive energies we produce projects outstanding customer service, and this is what draws our customer to our products; therefore, having deep impact on the experience our customers receives. The positive energies produced electrify the customer experience. I have always heard, “We have only one chance to make a first impression."
The play and performance given everyday by the men and women in sales is what drives the customer to their final destination in the buying process. The sales associate must pleasantly plan every act of the performance, the consumer should be known as King. If we do not set ourselves apart, then they will find somewhere else to buy something from. Keeping this in mind, if not for the customer we would not be in business. What our customers see in us, and a positive awareness of ourselves will increase our personal productivity. When the curtain falls and we ask for the sale the customer will buy their product from us.
